I have been in property management for over 20 years. I have experience in Investor Mortgage Banking and am currently a listing agent and also flip houses. Because of these previous experiences, I am able to help sellers in any capacity of the listing, buying or investing process while helping them overcome any challenges they may have to put their homes on the market. I have an amazing network of local vendors at my disposal: HVAC, electricians, plumbers,carpenters, roofers,tile people, tree removal,window repair, landscapers, mortgage and insurance experts along with others that are all available to my clients.

I have been married to my wife Susan for 35 years. We are blessed with 6 children and 11 grandchildren. We live in South East Charlotte and love spending time at our condo on Lake Norman.
